Welcome to The Job Market Game!

The Job Market Game is an interactive game designed to teach the fundamentals of market design to a broad range of audiences. The gameplay is simple - students split into teams, and within each team, students are assigned to either be a company with one slot to fill and preferences over candidates, or a candidate looking for a job with preferences over companies. The game is live and interactive, allowing students to roam the room and try to "convince" others to accept or make an offer.
